Restocks

Salt & Pine is a one-woman show. Each piece of jewelry is made by hand in very limited quantities and are restocked as they become available.

Shipping

All items are shipped together (unless otherwise stated) from the West Coast, typically within 1 week after an order has been placed. Orders are currently being shipped out once a week on Fridays. Actual shipment time is dependent on your location, current season/weather conditions, etc. Once the shipping company takes possession of your package, it becomes their responsibility (and liability) to get your package to you in the estimated time that they provide. 

All orders ship for a flat fee per shipment through USPS, price dependent on your country. Tracking information is included in your confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If your country is not included on the shipping list, please reach out and I will do my best to ship to your location.

Due to many scams that are now targeting online small business shops, all orders are shipped with required signature confirmation. Therefor, it’s advised that you ship to a location that you can easily sign for your package or request a “hold for pickup” from your local post office or shipping company location. No exceptions.

Missing Packages

Salt & Pine is not and cannot be held liable for any missing, lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed packages. To handle this, you'll need to submit a claim with the shipper. To avoid problems, please make sure that you provide a shipping address that is safe and secure to ship to or that you will be home on the day of the estimated delivery to sign for your package.

Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Salt & Pine is not Amazon, and does not have capacity for returns that are not damaged so please reach out with any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Jewelry Care

All jewelry pieces are made to be worn and loved daily, but please remember to take care of them by not getting them wet and storing them carefully when you’re not wearing them.
